1Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information or any other information from users. Specifically:

• No account registration or sign-in is required.
• The App does not communicate with any external server.
• The App embeds no analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or any other third-party service.
• The App requests no access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library.

2Information Stored on Your Device

The following information you create in the App is stored only in a database on your own device:

• The content and deadline of each promise, and the names entered for the parties
• The image data of handwritten signatures
• Records of whether a promise was kept, broken, or otherwise concluded

This information is never transmitted off your device, and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We are therefore in no position to know what you create in the App.

3Sharing Initiated by the User

The App can export a certificate you have created as an image and pass it to other applications through your device's share sheet. This transfer occurs only through your own explicit action.

Once the image reaches another application or service, its handling is governed by the terms and privacy policy of that provider, and we bear no responsibility for it.

4Disclosure to Third Parties

As stated above, we do not obtain user information, and therefore never disclose or sell it to third parties. Even in the event of a disclosure request under applicable law, we hold no user information that we could provide.

5Deleting Your Data

Uninstalling the App from your device deletes all data the App has stored on that device. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so please export and keep anything you wish to retain beforehand.

Because no user data exists on our side, there is no need to submit a deletion request to us.

6Children's Privacy

The App collects no information from users of any age, and is therefore safe for all users, including children under 13. Guardians with any questions are welcome to contact us at the address below.

7Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or to new features in the App. A revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page. If a change affects the scope of information collected, we will announce it within the App or in the app store description.
